- Size medium has 30¼" front body length, a 29¾" back body length, a 20" shoulder, a 45½" chest, and a 35½" sleeve length. Sleeve length is taken from the center back of the neck and changes 1" between sizes.
- Mockneck with a hook-and-loop tab at the front. Stowaway hood with ventilating embroidered eyelets and a built-in brim. Full-zip front. Snapped storm placket.
- Long sleeves with buttoned barrel cuffs. Buttoned shoulder epaulets. Gusseted shoulders. Flower patch at each shoulder.
- American flag patch at the left sleeve. "217th Signal Group" patch at the right sleeve.
- "U.S.-R.L." patch at the left chest. Winged-star patch at the right chest. Two chest snapped pockets. Two front waist snapped pockets. Interior left chest pocket.
- Drawcord waist. Lined at the upper body and the sleeves.
